Chef Michael's "Pink 75"

French 75 (KETO-TIZED!)

Keto | Low-carb | Sugar-free | Gluten-free

Another one of my favorite cocktails, and it’s 100% sugar-free! This is my take on the classic French 75, but of course, with a twist. I used a sugar-free strawberry syrup, but feel free to try sugar-free raspberry or peach syrup!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz - Gin

  • ½ oz - Sugar-free raspberry syrup (I used Torani brand; you can also try with strawberry and/or peach)

  • ½ oz - Fresh lemon juice

  • Brut champagne

  • Optional, for garnish: Twisted lemon peel, fresh berries, or peaches (Click HERE to watch the lemon garnish video on YouTube!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. FOR THE PINK 75 If garnishing, use a peeler to cut a long strip of the lemon peel. Then, using a knife, cut a slit only through the middle of the peel. Twist the peel into a spiral, and place the slit onto the rim of the glass.

  2. Next, add the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into the glass, and stir gently. Finally, top off the remaining space in the glass with champagne and enjoy!
