Buttery Lemon Garlic Shrimp

This super easy 10 minute dinner is too good not to try! You will be drinking that garlic butter sauce with a spoon. This is truly healthy delicious eating.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs - Jumbo shrimp (16-25), peeled/deveined, thawed

  • 8 cloves - Garlic, chopped

  • 1 - Lemon, sliced into thin rings

  • 1 - Lemon, juiced

  • 6 Tbsp - Salted Butter (use the good butter here)

  • 1/2 tsp - Sea Salt

  • 1/4 tsp - Cracked black pepper

  • Fresh Dill


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mise en Place: Make sure your shrimp is cleaned and thawed, and pat dry with paper towels. Roughly chop the garlic. Slice the first lemon into rings, then juice the second lemon. Pluck the dill into little pieces (no need to chop it, unless you want to)

  2. In a large 12” skillet on high heat, add the butter and garlic. Once the butter is melted, saute for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp and lemon slices. Saute for one minute, tossing in the butter.

  3. Then add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Saute just until the shrimp is cooked (oqaque and curled up). Remove from the heat, toss one more time, and top with the fresh dill.
