Immunity-Boosting Wellness Shots

These healthy shots are a fantastic way to boost your immunity and keep your body running strong. The vibrant turmeric and the fresh ginger pack these shots with a punch of gut-healthy benefits as well, and your body with thank you for it!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 - Lemons (Or Meyer Lemons), juiced

  • 1/8 tsp - Turmeric Powder

  • 1/8 tsp - Cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp - Fresh Ginger root, grated

  • 1/2 tsp - Sweetener of your choice

  • Pinch - Sea Salt

  • Punch - Cayenne (Optional)

Yield: Makes 2 large shots


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all of the ingredients.

  2. Shake aggressively for at least 30 seconds.

  3. Pour into shot glasses.
